Denim & Leather

Denim and leather are two of my favorite Fall trends. Today I chose the outfit below to do a little shopping. Keep it chic and comfortable while still looking stylish.
A smile is the best accessory =)


I love the fact that the jacket has a hood to add some urban flavor to the look.




 The denim jacket has fleece sleeves so it is super comfortable unlike traditional denim jackets. I put on a statement piece to bring the look together. 


I'm wearing an army green and black peplum shirt under the jacket with leather pants. The pants have a strip along the side made of spandex so they stretch to give a better fit than all leather pants. 


Converse were the best way to bring the look together and keep it comfortable and hip.

Nike Women's Marathon

Nike Women's Marathon This was my second year running a half in the Nike Women's Marathon in San Francisco. My experience this time around was way better than the first and I know it's because I got to run with my best friend and partner in crime, Daisy. That's Daisy on the left!! A few facts about the Nike Women's Marathon in San Francisco: 1. It is the largest women's marathon in the world with more than 30,000 people participating this year. 2. This year was the 10th anniversary of the run. 3. All finishers of the race receive a Tiffany & Co. necklace. 4. The scenery is amazing. 5. The hills suck. When my friend Daisy and I got to San Francisco the day before for the expo, the energy in the city was electric. We walked around the expo for a little while taking pictures, getting free stuff, and checking out all the new Nike gear. After we got our packets, we headed over to the Nike store. Don't Kill My Vibe

With the leaves officially changing colors, comes a new wardrobe with Earth tones. I love the urban look and I love being comfortable so this outfit is a combination of both. I originally bought this jacket because it reminded me of the army green jacket Linda Cardellini wore on my favorite show, Freaks and Geeks. My combat boots are also one of my favorites any time of the year.
